What You Will Gain from taking the program
The 3 day CSP™ programme is an intensive program perfect for anyone interested in starting a Staging business.
Whether you are a Decorator, Designer, Organizer, or someone wanting to build a Staging business - this program is for you. The content is very comprehensive developed from years of actually staging and building a business in CANADA.
We teach the program via lecture, role plays, group exercise, room by room ideas, before and after scenerios, marketing ideas, discussion, questions and case studies. In depth practical application of work samples for all types of properties are discussed, including vacant homes.
Day One and Two: These days are highly instructional and provide the foundation for fast succesful start to the business; in addition the participant builds skills in order to be fully prepared for the Day three practical exercise.
Day Three: A very powerful time! Practical application of skills taught during the preceding days - as we prepare a property for sale. In the afternoon we return to the classroom to evaluate the work completed, in addition to an intensive session focussed on marketing & business.
